Kevin Alexander and Brian Mooney have been selected for Fellowship by the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA). LCA is an invitation-only honorary trial lawyer society that is composed of less than one percent of American lawyers, judges, professors of law, government attorneys and in-house counsel. Kevin is the San Diego Office Managing Partner and Co-Chair of the Commercial Litigation Practice and Brian is a Senior Partner and Chair of the Drug & Medical Device Practice.
According to the LCA, "Fellows are based upon excellence and accomplishment in litigation, both at the trial and appellate levels, and superior ethical reputation. The LCA represents the best in law among its membership." The selection process includes Advisory Board member input, nominations by other Fellows, practicing attorney opinions, evaluation of client selection of counsel, and input from active and retired judges. The Advisory Board of the LCA is composed of Fellows from a wide variety of practice specialties and geographic locations.
