The “Who Represents America’s Biggest Companies” list, which Corporate Counsel published in October, includes law firms used by the Fortune 500 in 2012. To determine which law firms represent America’s largest corporations, Corporate Counsel searched public records to find outside counsel used by Fortune 500 companies in key litigation areas.
