The FDCC membership is limited, selective and by nomination only. Currently, the FDCC maintains slightly more than 1400 members from around the world including the United States, Australia, Canada, Europe, Puerto Rico and other areas.
Marie Trimble Holvick is the Assistant Office Managing Partner of Gordon & Rees' San Francisco office. She is a member of the firm's Employment and Retail & Hospitality practice groups. Holvick’s experience includes handling employment matters involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, whistleblower claims, violations of the FMLA, the FEHA, and the ADA, and PAGA and class action “wage and hour” violations. From 2015-2017, Holvick has been recognized with the Rising Stars® distinction in the field of Employment and Labor in Law & Politics.
