Stephanie Jones, Assistant Managing Partner in Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani's Chicago office, will moderate “The Insurer and Policyholder Relationship and Its Impact on the Asbestos Litigation,” as part of the National Asbestos Litigation Conference sponsored by Perrin Conferences to be held September 29 & 30, 2020. This virtual conference is complimentary for in-house counsel and insurance professionals.
The panel will explore how organizations are evolving and reassessing asbestos litigation in the wake of 2020. In addition, the panelists will evaluate how to manage the tripartite relationship, reservation rights, and what to do when you have multiple carriers. The panel will also discuss recent coverage decisions and their potential impact within the industry.
The panel will include William D. Purnell, Assistant General Counsel, Litigation & Claims, SPX Corporation, Loree Shelko, Director of Litigation, Assistant General Counsel, Meritor, Inc., and Paul Slater, Senior Counsel, General Electric Company. Along with Jones, Perry J. Browder of Simmons Hanly Conroy will also serve as a moderator.
