Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani San Francisco construction partner, Lisa Cappelluti, will present at the 2021 West Coast Casualty Construction Defect Seminar October 6–8 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Cappelluti will co-present “Bankruptcy & its Impact on Construction Defect Litigation” on Friday, October 8. This session will focus on the impact bankruptcy has on plaintiffs, defendants, and insurers in the context of construction defect litigation and cover different aspects of bankruptcy filing issues.
Cappelluti is a partner in the San Francisco office and is a member of the Construction practice group. Her practice emphasizes the representation of developers and general contractors in construction disputes and contract consultations. She has represented clients in a wide variety of cases, for both residential and commercial construction projects.
