Faith Driscoll to Serve as a Featured Presenter for 2023 Labor Law Update for the Society of Human Resource Management 

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani Fresno attorney, Faith Driscoll, will serve as a featured presenter for “2023 Labor Law Update,” on January 17 for the Society of Human Resource Management Tulare/Kings ("SHRM T/K"). 

The session will review new laws, regulations and judicial opinions affecting California employers in 2021 including new COVID-19 related legislation, pay data reporting requirements, amendment to California Family Rights Act, notable verdicts from 2022. 

Ms. Driscoll practices in the areas of labor and employment compliance and litigation. She assists union and non-union employers in resolving disputes involving claims of unpaid wages, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. She drafts employment agreements and contracts, and handbooks, and provides training for business owners, supervisors, and human resource practitioners. As an advocate, she develops legal strategies for discovery, investigations, hearings and trials. She has represented employers in cases in court, as well as before the ALRB, OSHA, the EEOC, DFEH, and Labor Commissioner in all stages of litigation. She also conducts workplace investigations, wage and hour audits, and employee trainings. She also serves as the Legislative Director for the SHRM T/K.
