Gordon & Rees Welcomes Kyle C. Thompson as Partner in Commercial Litigation Practice Group

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, the nation's first and only law firm with offices in all 50 states, welcomes Kyle C. Thompson as a Partner in the firm's Salt Lake City office. He joins the Commercial Litigation, Construction, Environmental/Toxic Tort, and Trucking & Transportation practice groups.

Mr. Thompson has experience in handling a variety of types of litigation, including complex business and commercial matters, insurance coverage claims, wrongful death and personal injury claims, asbestos claims, and railroad liability and FELA claims. Mr. Thompson also has been involved in appellate practice with respect to such claims in both federal and state court.

Mr. Thompson is admitted to practice in Utah, the Utah Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He earned his law degree from the Brigham Young University J. Reuben Clark Law School and his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University.
