San Diego Assistant Managing Partner Brandon D. Saxon will present segments of an online, on-demand seminar entitled "Employee Handbooks 2023 Wrap-Up: Hot-Button Issues and Policy Pitfalls," hosted by the National Business Institute on December 22, 2023.
Saxon will discuss best practices for discipline and termination policies, covering performance reviews, separation agreements, and layoffs. He will also explore hybrid and remote work policies.
Saxon serves as Assistant Managing Partner of the firm's San Diego office, where he is Chair of the office’s Employment practice group. He is also Assistant Chair of the firm’s National Employment Group. His practice focuses on a wide range of civil litigation matters including the defense of companies and employers in employment and commercial-related actions. Saxon has litigated a number of matters to successful resolution in both state and federal courts and has experience in a variety of heavily regulated practice areas. He also provides advice and counsel to companies and organizations, helping them develop and implement policies and procedures to avoid litigation.
