Reagan Larkin Joins GRSM as Real Estate and Commercial Litigation Partner in Denver Office

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, the nation's first and only full-service law firm with offices in all 50 states, welcomes Reagan Larkin as a Partner in the firm's Denver office, strengthening the Commercial Litigation and Real Estate practice groups.

Ms. Larkin is a highly acclaimed litigator with over 13 years of unparalleled success in commercial and real estate litigation. Her extensive legal experience spans the entire spectrum of litigation, from initial investigations through discovery, trial, and appeals. Reagan represents a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals to entities of varying sizes, appearing before State and Federal Courts and handling appellate matters before the Colorado Court of Appeals and the Colorado Supreme Court.

Ms. Larkin has experience focused on commercial and residential real estate disputes related to leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, covenants, easements, liens, development, zoning, land-use, and property rights and litigating various commercial and business-related matters, including contract disputes and business torts. Ms. Larkin's legal acumen and mastery of diverse legal disciplines have led her to resounding victories and successful resolutions in various cases, including real estate disputes, property rights matters, contract disputes, and business torts.

Before joining GRSM, Reagan worked at two local law firms specializing in real estate-related litigation and transactional work.

She received her J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis and her undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado Boulder.
