The national law firm of Gordon & Rees continues to expand its Denver office with the addition of Of Counsel Byeongsook Seo. Mr. Seo is a member of the firm's Commercial Litigation and Intellectual Property practice groups, focusing on complex intellectual property, commercial and employment matters.
He is experienced in all aspects of litigation, including trials and appeals, preliminary injunction hearings, receivership hearings, and arbitration hearings. He has also represented many clients through mediation and settlement negotiations.
He earned his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 1999.
